在毛细相变流体回路(CPL)系统中加入微泵引射辅助回路,以提高其传热能力,并建立一个三维模型来分析引射器的工作性能.数值结果表明:主回路不但能正常运行,而且辅助回路能够提高主回路流体的质量流量;但在引射器的出口中包含气相,这些气体能够流入蒸发器,对整个系统都会造成不利影响.因此在引入微泵引射辅助回路的同时必须在引射器出口和蒸发器入口段之间加入过冷器,使得引射器出口中的气相冷凝成液体进入蒸发器,保证蒸发器的正常工作.
The micro-pump auxiliary injection circuit was added to the capillary phase change fluid circuit (CPL) system to enhance the heat transfer capability and to establish a three-dimensional model to analyze the performance of the ejector. Numerical results show that the main circuit can not only operate normally , And the auxiliary circuit can increase the mass flow of the main circuit fluid; however, the gas phase at the outlet of the ejector, which can flow into the evaporator, can adversely affect the whole system. Therefore, The subcooler must be added between the ejector outlet and the evaporator inlet section so that the gas phase in the ejector outlet condenses into liquid and enters the evaporator to ensure the normal operation of the evaporator.
