1 前言转炉是将铁水转化为钢水的主要冶炼设备。过去 ,对转炉的脱碳特性曾进行过许多研究 ,并提出了调整转炉吹炼期钢水中氧含量与渣中氧化铁含量的冶金参数。根据这些参数 ,可以考虑将顶吹条件作为确定均匀搅拌时间的一个因素 ,此时 ,底吹搅拌强度越大 ,顶吹条件的影响就越小
1 Introduction The converter is the main smelting equipment that converts molten iron into molten steel. In the past, many studies have been conducted on the decarburization characteristics of a converter, and metallurgical parameters for adjusting the oxygen content in the molten steel and the iron oxide content in the converter during the blowing process were proposed. Based on these parameters, the top-blowing conditions can be considered as a factor in determining the uniform stirring time, at which time the greater the bottom-blowing stirring intensity, the smaller the effect of the top-blowing condition
