目前,大多数企业以经济利益为标准,忽视了企业道德责任的建设,使企业面临着员工之间变得冷漠、合作者之间缺乏诚信、消费者变得猜疑等诸多问题。企业道德责任的建设包括企业与员工、企业与顾客、企业与企业、企业与社会这四个方面。企业道德责任的实施需要企业道德文化作为其行为规范的理论支撑。企业道德文化的根基离不开中国五千年的传统文化,其中儒、道思想在道德层面上的价值有其独特的代表性。企业道德责任的建设以儒、道的道德思想为基准,发展适合时代需要的企业道德责任思想。
At present, most enterprises regard the economic interests as the standard, neglect the construction of enterprise’s moral responsibility, and make the enterprises face many problems such as the indifference between employees, the lack of integrity among partners and the consumers becoming suspicious. The construction of corporate moral responsibility includes enterprises and employees, enterprises and customers, enterprises and enterprises, enterprises and society in these four aspects. The implementation of corporate ethical responsibility requires the corporate ethics culture as the theoretical support of its code of conduct. The foundation of corporate moral culture can not be separated from the traditional culture of 5,000 years in China. The value of Confucianism and Taoism at the moral level has its own unique representation. The Construction of Enterprise Moral Responsibility Based on the moral thoughts of Confucianism and Taoism, we should develop the corporate moral responsibility ideology that suits the needs of the times.
