In this project by the Spanish architect Enrique Mires, rediscovering the value of the interior environment of this neoclassical building is the starting point of the concept. The architect tries to re-excavate the historical wealth of the gradually forgotten building itself covered by daily affairs. Originally constructed as a conglomeration of different city halls, the architectural scheme preserves the monumental side of the bank and creates a more open and friendly relationship between the city hall and the new square on the back of the building. Decided to remove the brick masonry on the rear side and allow the new building to adopt the quality of residential buildings. In this way neoclassical buildings became a memorial mark of the streets and squares. When a building's door opens, it becomes part of the city's public space. The building is parallel to the market next to it and has the same dimensions as the buildings on both sides of the street. The facade of the building was protected in 1930 in order to define the historic side of the market and to move to the new plaza. The monumental part of the building will be placed on the ground floor, with the architect retaining the main walls and rooms of the old building. New City Hall part of the new building, but its scale and the medieval hall is very similar to the roof lighting to create a new indoor atmosphere. Through the new entrance stairs, people can get there directly. Most offices are laid out on the wing of a new building
