1 脂类有关概念脂类包括两类,即甘油三酯(中性脂肪)与类脂(磷脂、鞘脂、糖脂、固醇类、脂蛋白),但脂肪酸是它们的基本成分。脂肪酸按其碳链原子数可分为:短链脂肪酸(2~6C)、中链脂肪酸(8~12C)、长链脂肪酸(14~20C);按饱和程度又可分为饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸。根据不饱和脂肪酸中不饱和键所在的碳原子的位置,其碳原子编号系统如下所表明:n或ω编号系统1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10CH_3 CH_2 CH_2 CH_2 CH_2 CH_2 CH_2 CH_2 CH_2 COOH
1 Lipids The concept lipids include two classes, namely triglycerides (neutral fats) and lipids (phospholipids, sphingolipids, glycolipids, sterols, lipoproteins), but fatty acids are their basic constituents. Fatty acids can be divided into short chain fatty acids (2 ~ 6C), medium chain fatty acids (8 ~ 12C) and long chain fatty acids (14 ~ 20C) according to the number of their carbon atoms. Saturated fatty acids can be divided into saturated fatty acids Saturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
