从桃仁提得总蛋白组分,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,显示主要由6条蛋白区带组成。用凝胶过滤柱层析法,从桃仁总蛋白分得二个均一蛋白成分,组分F和组分G,等电点分别为4.7~5.1和4.1~4.7,分子量分別为257,000和19,000(SDS-PAGE法)。组分F含有18种氨基酸,组分G含17种氨基酸,其中谷氨酸含量为41.69%。这二种蛋白成分,ⅳ给药,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳部急性炎症反应,均有显著抑制作用。
Total protein fractions were extracted from peach kernels and analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and showed that they consisted mainly of six protein bands.
