为改善季冻区道路冻害,提出XPS挤塑板+粉煤灰橡胶颗粒改良土的路基组合冷阻层。采用含相变的瞬态热分析数值方法,对粉质黏土、单纯改良土和组合冷阻层结构路基的冬季表现进行对比分析,评价了组合冷阻层在冻融变化下的隔温效果和特点。结果表明,单纯改良土和组合冷阻层都能有效地改善路基温度场,提高冻深,但后者的提升效果更好。季冻区冷阻层在冷季能阻隔冷能量,在暖季也能阻隔热能量,且在冬季的冷阻效果更好。
In order to improve the road frost damage in quarry area, the cold resistance layer of XPS extruded board + fly ash rubber particle modified soil is proposed. In this paper, the numerical simulation method of transient thermal analysis with phase transition was used to analyze the winter performance of silty clay, plain soil and combined cold-resistance layer embankment, and to evaluate the insulation effect of combined cold-resistance layer under freeze- Features. The results show that both the simple modified soil and the combined cold resistance layer can effectively improve the temperature field of subgrade and improve the freezing depth, but the latter effect is better. The cold resistance zone in the quarry area can block the cold energy in the cold season, and block the heat energy in the warm season, and the cold resistance effect in winter is better.
