采用精神症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）对１２４例烫吸海洛因成瘾者进行评定，结果表明，海洛因成瘾者戒断前后躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、精神病性分值显著高于常模，戒断前强迫、偏执也高于常模。戒断前和戒断后２０ｄＳＣＬ－９０比较，强迫、人际关系、抑郁、恐怖、偏执分戒断前明显高于戒断后。在单一症状≥３分的前１２项主要症状中，戒断前多较戒断后重，失眠、易烦恼、激动、肌肉酸痛戒断前后变化不大。提示海洛因成瘾者戒断前后存在明显的心理问题和躯体症状，应加强心理治疗和稽延性戒断症状的药物控制，以利于康复。
124 cases of hot addiction heroin addicts were assessed using the Psychiatric Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). The results showed that somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility and psychotic scores of heroin addicts before and after withdrawal were significantly higher In the norm, forced before abstinence, paranoid is also higher than the norm. Before abstinence and withdrawal 20SCL-90 comparison, forced, interpersonal relationship, depression, terror, paranoid points before withdrawal was significantly higher than after withdrawal. In a single symptom ≥ 3 points in the first 12 main symptoms, before withdrawal more than after withdrawal, insomnia, irritability, agitation, muscle pain before and after withdrawal was not changed. Prompt heroin addicts before and after withdrawal there are obvious psychological problems and somatic symptoms, psychological treatment should be strengthened and protracted withdrawal symptoms of drug control, in order to facilitate rehabilitation.
