近年来,贵州省相继出台了经济适用房、廉租房、公租房等一系列住房政策,在解决城镇中低收入群体“住有所居”问题上做出了积极努力并取得显著成效。但与此同时,政策的实施过程中亦存在一些问题。如保障房建设资金短缺、区位布局不合理、建筑质量有待加强、保障房的准入和退出机制不够完善等问题。本文通过对贵州省保障房建设管理中的现状进行梳理,对存在的问题进行分析并提出可行性建议,以期有利于贵州省城镇保障性住房的发展。
In recent years, Guizhou Province has successively promulgated a series of housing policies such as affordable housing, low-rent housing and public rental housing, and has made positive efforts and achieved remarkable results in solving the problem of middle-and-low-income urban residents living in dwelling houses. . However, at the same time, there are some problems in the implementation of the policy. Such as the protection of housing construction funds shortage, the location of unreasonable layout, construction quality needs to be strengthened, protection of housing access and exit mechanism is not perfect and so on. This paper sorts up the status quo in the construction management of affordable housing in Guizhou Province, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward feasible suggestions in order to benefit the development of urban affordable housing in Guizhou Province.
