根据建筑楼板的性能要求,对设计的新型夹层结构复合材料楼板的承载、隔声及耐火极限进行了测试,通过研究得出,该夹层复合材料楼板比刚度大,在比重相近的建筑材料中,具有更高的承载能力。经过隔声测试得出其低频平均隔声量为30dB,高频隔声量最大可达49dB。此外,通过在夹层复合材料板表面涂抹厚型防火涂料,可使其耐火极限达92min,此时其最大变形量为51mm。此新型夹层复合材料楼板可应用于节能环保建筑。
According to the performance requirements of the building slab, the bearing, sound insulation and fire resistance of the new composite sandwich slab have been tested. Through the study, it can be concluded that the slab composite slab is more rigid than the concrete slab, With higher carrying capacity. After sound insulation test, the average low-frequency noise is 30dB and the maximum high-frequency noise is 49dB.
