在青光眼高眼压状态下,应用常规抗青光眼手术可能引起术中并发症,如暴发眼内出血、眼内容物脱出、以及术后前房不形成、恶性青光眼等。为此,我科自1988年5月至1991年5月,三年间在198例青光眼手术中,有25例应用玻璃体穿刺联合小梁切除及巩膜内瓣嵌入术,用以治疗经药物处理眼压不下降的原发性青光眼及经一般抗青光眼术后眼压
