简要介绍了几种当前主流的振动诊断方法,并针对其缺点提出了利用轴心轨迹椭圆面积描述转子振动状态的新方法。这种方法可以在1倍频振动强度较大的情况下,有效地识别风机的振动是由基础共振还是由不平衡所致,从而提高故障诊断准确率。将此方法在具体故障诊断中进行实践,结果表明,这种新方法可以成功地弥补当前诊断方法的不足,是一种实用的旋转机械故障诊断分析新方法。
Several current mainstream vibration diagnosis methods are briefly introduced, and a new method to describe rotor vibration state based on elliptical area of axis trajectory is proposed according to its shortcomings. This method can effectively identify whether the vibration of the fan is caused by the fundamental resonance or the imbalance under the circumstance of large frequency doubling vibration intensity so as to improve the accuracy of the fault diagnosis. The method is implemented in the concrete fault diagnosis. The results show that the new method can make up for the deficiency of the current diagnosis method successfully, and is a practical new method of fault diagnosis and diagnosis of rotating machinery.
