Cullin4A(Cul4A)是新近发现的一类E3泛素连接酶,在底物蛋白的泛素化过程中发挥重要作用。Cul4A在多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达,且与恶性肿瘤的浸润、转移密切相关。本文就Cul4A的基本结构、功能作用及其与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。
Cullin4A (Cul4A) is a newly discovered class of E3 ubiquitin ligases that play an important role in ubiquitination of substrate proteins. Cul4A is abnormally expressed in a variety of malignant tumors and is closely related to invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors. This review summarizes the basic structure and function of Cul4A and its relationship with malignant tumors.
