以贵州某地硅钙质磷矿为研究对象,在双反浮选过程中添加Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、SO_4~(2-)及PO_4~(3-)四种离子,通过精矿P_2O_5品位及回收率的变化研究其对该矿样双反浮选的影响。实验结果表明:Ca~(2+)及SO_4~(2-)对该矿样双反浮选的影响较大,Mg~(2+)及PO_4~(3-)对双反浮选的影响较小,Ca~(2+)对精矿P_2O_5的品位及回收率的影响显著,SO_4~(2-)对精矿P_2O_5回收率的影响显著,Mg~(2+)、PO_4~(3-)对该硅钙质磷矿双反浮选的影响不显著。
Taking Si-Ca phosphate rock from a certain place in Guizhou as the research object, four kinds of Ca2 +, Mg2 +, SO4- and PO4- Ions, through the concentrate P_2O_5 grade and recovery of changes in the study of its double reverse flotation impact.
