Abstract Objective To investigate the application of the iterative reconstruction model (ADMIRE) in optimizing radiation dose of high-pitch CT coronary angiography (CCTA). Materials and Methods A high-pitched 192-layer dual-source CT was used and 25 patients (group 1) underwent CCTA according to standard parameters (tube voltage 100 kV, tube current 270 mAs). Reconstruction using filtered back projection (FBP) and iterative reconstruction techniques (intensity levels 1 to 5).
