“吃”出来的商机梁志辉是地道的广州人,一直以来他对饮食都有着很高的要求,十多年来只吃一家甜品店的食物,用他自己的话说,“那里的品质顶呱呱”。每次吃甜品,他都是老远而专程驾车光顾。1999年,他所在服装公司的几个股东意见产生分歧,使他有了离开公司的念头。但他不想继续做服装的行当,而想自己创业。也许是抗拒不了那甜入心扉的感觉,梁志辉第一时间就想起了这家甜品店,于是一门心思拜师学艺,自立门户。
