目的:探讨大鼠脊髓背根神经节(DRG)γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)及其受体在慢性神经病理痛中的表达及意义。方法:20只SD大鼠行L5脊神经结扎(SNL)制备慢性神经病理疼痛模型,SABC法检测脊髓背根神经节GABA及其受体GABAAα1的表达,另取10只行假手术对照。结果:SNL组背根神经节大中神经元GABA及受体GABAA表达水平均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:神经痛发生可能与DRG上GABA能神经元减少、GABAA受体表达下调致GABA能传递减弱有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and its receptor in chronic neuropathic pain in rat dorsal root ganglion (DRG). Methods: Chronic neuropathological pain model was established by L5 spinal nerve ligation (SNL) in 20 SD rats. The expression of GABA and its receptor GABAAα1 in the dorsal root ganglion was detected by SABC method. Another 10 sham operation controls were used. Results: The expression levels of GABA and GABAA in the dorsal root ganglion neurons of SNL group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The occurrence of neuralgia may be related to the decrease of GABAergic neurons and the decrease of GABAergic transmission in DRG.
