高血压是心血管系统常见多发病之一。国外发病率为8～18%,我国为3～10%,平均为7.7%。目前高血压的患病率有随年龄增长而增高的趋向。本文就老年人高血压的特点及治疗的特殊性作一综述。
Hypertension is one of the common and frequently occurring cardiovascular diseases. Foreign incidence of 8 to 18%, China’s 3 to 10%, an average of 7.7%. The current prevalence of hypertension tends to increase with age. This article reviews the characteristics of elderly hypertension and the special treatment.
