目的探讨下颌骨大型缺损的修复问题。方法采用下颌骨支架连接骼骨修复下颌骨6．ocm以上的大型缺损，与常规植骨进行回顾性对照。结果本组方法取得了修复成功率高，义齿镶复时间早，平均住院日明显缩短的效果。结论本组方法是一种简便易行的下颌骨大型缺损的修复方法。
Objective To investigate the repair of large mandibular defects. Methods Mandible was used to connect the iliac bone to repair the mandible. Large defects above ocm were retrospectively compared to conventional bone grafting. Results The method of this group achieved a high success rate of repair, dentures set early rehabilitation time, the average length of stay significantly shorter effect. Conclusion This method is a simple and easy way to repair large defects of the mandible.
