目的 加强某电厂煤尘卫生防护,对粉尘治理前后所取得的效果进行评价。方法 采用劳动卫生学调方法查和GB 5748-85《作业场所空气中粉尘测定方法》。结果 输煤系统治理前各作业场所空气中粉尘浓度、均值及样品超标率由原来的1.83~426.00 mg/m~3、10.40~74.07 mg/m~3、53.76%分别下降至治理后的0.66~46.58 mg/m~3、2.58~12.04 mg/m~3、12.93%;且粉尘作业点合格率由治理前的38.46%上升至治理后的89.18%。结论 通过进行生产技术改造,更新卫生防护设施,采取综合防尘措施,粉尘浓度大幅度下降,效果十分明显。
Objective To strengthen the sanitary protection of coal dust in a power plant and evaluate the effect of dust control before and after treatment. Methods The method of adjustment of labor hygiene survey and GB 5748-85 “workplace airborne dust determination method.” Results The air dust concentration, average value and sample over standard ratio of each workplace before the coal handling system decreased from 1.83 ~ 426.00 mg / m ~ 3, 10.40 ~ 74.07 mg / m ~ 3,53.76% to 0.66 ~ 46.58 mg / m ~ 3,2.58 ~ 12.04 mg / m ~ 3 and 12.93%. The pass rate of dust operation point increased from 38.46% before the treatment to 89.18% after the treatment. Conclusion Through technological transformation of production, renovation of sanitary protection facilities, and comprehensive dust control measures, the dust concentration dropped significantly, the effect is very obvious.
