苦丹颗粒对平阳霉素所致肺纤维化大鼠防治作用的实验研究

目的:探讨苦丹颗粒对平阳霉素所致肺纤维化大鼠的防治作用。方法:在无菌条件下,将大鼠用3.5%水合氯醛麻醉,在气管分叉处上方进针,推注5mg·kg-1的平阳霉素生理盐水溶液,观察苦丹颗粒大、小剂量对平阳霉素所致肺纤维化大鼠的防治作用。结果:模型组大鼠在造模后第7,14,28,56天,肺泡腔和肺间质可见大量炎性细胞浸润,肺泡壁明显增厚、基质明显增多,肺间隔明显增宽,肺泡壁塌陷,肺泡腔消失;Masson染色,肺间质可见大量胶原纤维,肺实变形成。苦丹大剂量组与模型组相比,肺泡腔和肺间质仍可见较多炎性细胞浸润,肺间质水肿和点状坏死,肺泡壁增厚,肺间隔增宽,肺间质胶原纤维增多,但未见大片肺实变。苦丹小剂量组疗效不如苦丹大剂量组,但明显优于模型组,在肺间质仍可见大片肺实变形成,受累范围大于50%。结论:苦丹颗粒大剂量对平阳霉素所致肺纤维化大鼠具有一定的预防治疗作用。 Objective: To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Kudan granule on pulmonary fibrosis induced by pingyangmycin. METHODS: Under aseptic conditions, the rats were anesthetized with 3.5% chloral hydrate, needles were placed above the trachea bifurcation, and 5 mg·kg-1 Pingyangmycin saline solution was inflated to observe the large and small bitter granules. Effect of Dosage on Prevention and Cure of Pulmonary Fibrosis Induced by Pingyangmycin in Rats . RESULTS: In the model group rats, on the 7th, 14th, 28th, and 56th days after modeling, a large number of inflammatory cells infiltrated in the alveolar cavity and interstitial lung. The alveolar wall was thickened, the matrix was significantly increased, and the interval between the lungs was significantly wider. The wall collapsed and the alveolar space disappeared; with Masson staining, a large amount of collagen fibers were seen in the interstitial lung, and the lungs became consolidation. Compared with the model group, there were still more inflammatory cells infiltrated in alveolar cavity and interstitial lung tissue, pulmonary interstitial edema and punctate necrosis, alveolar wall thickening, widened lung interstitial space, interstitial collagen fibers Increased but no major consolidation of the lungs. The low-dose Kudandan group was not as effective as the high-dose Kudandan group, but it was significantly better than the model group. In lung interstitium, large lung consolidation was still visible, and the range of involvement was greater than 50%. Conclusion: Large doses of Kudan granules have certain preventive and therapeutic effects on rats with pulmonary fibrosis induced by pingyangmycin.
