研究了钨萃取生产过程中WO_3量的自动控制分析与回控问题,建立了一种在线自动控控制分析方法,并应用计算机进行数据处理和对生产过程实施回控。生产实践证明,研制的测定和回控系统是成功的,自动控制分析结果准确,与重量分析法结果对照,偏差小于0.3g/L;回控调节速度快,控制点的WO_3浓度波动不大于5g/L,保证了生产工艺的稳定运行,有利于降低生产成本和提高产品质量。
The automatic control analysis and control of WO_3 in the process of tungsten extraction were studied. An on-line automatic control analysis method was established. The computer was used to process the data and control the production process. Production practice has proved that the developed measurement and control system is successful, and the results of automatic control are accurate. The deviation from the gravimetric analysis is less than 0.3g / L. The speed of backwash control is fast and the fluctuation of WO_3 concentration at the control point is not more than 5g / L, to ensure the stable operation of the production process will help reduce production costs and improve product quality.
