目的了解家长对学龄前儿童龋齿的关注程度和对口腔保健知识的认知情况,为寻找相应的健康教育重点内容和正确方式提供依据。方法随机整群抽取沈阳市9所幼儿园,自行设计问卷,调查家长对儿童龋齿的关注程度、儿童日常口腔卫生习惯的培养和家长的相关认知水平等。结果 92.8%的家长知晓自己孩子的刷牙方式,91.7%的家长知晓孩子患龋情况,分别有97.4%和92.7%的家长为孩子配备专用的牙刷和牙膏;家长对培养学龄前儿童养成良好口腔卫生习惯的报告率均较低,仅38.6%的家长知晓窝沟封闭的好处。结论家长对学龄前儿童的牙齿健康状况关注程度较高,但忽视了培养儿童养成良好的口腔卫生习惯。应对家长加强儿童口腔保健方面的教育工作。
Objective To understand the parents’ attention to preschool children’s dental caries and the cognition of oral health knowledge, and to provide the basis for finding out the key content and correct way of health education. Methods A total of 9 kindergartens were randomly selected in Shenyang City. Random questionnaires were designed to investigate the parents ’attention to children’s dental caries, the daily oral hygiene habits and the parents’ cognition. Results 92.8% of the parents knew their child’s brushing way, 91.7% of the parents knew that their children had caries, and 97.4% and 92.7% of the parents had special toothbrushes and toothpastes for their children respectively. Parents should have a good oral cavity for preschool children Hygienic habits were reported at low rates, with only 38.6% of parents aware of the benefits of pit and fissure closure. Conclusion Parents pay more attention to dental health status of preschool children, but neglect to train children to develop good oral health habits. Parents should be strengthened to educate children in oral health care.
