口腔牙齿与牙槽骨和颌骨的吸收是口腔临床医学中的一个极其重要的问题。骨的修复、改建和形态学发生是一个生理学控制过程,它包括由成骨细胞作用的骨基质的合成和由破骨细胞作用下的骨的协同吸收。破骨细胞(osteoclast)与成骨细胞(osteoblast)是骨组织形成和吸收的关键性生物活性细胞,在骨组织再生与修复方面,也是矛盾与对立的统一体。近十年来,在破骨细胞与骨吸收机理的分子生物学领域研究方面,已有着长足的进展。在此重点讨论骨吸收机理与破骨细胞分子生物学研究的进展。
The absorption of oral teeth and alveolar bone and jaw bone is an extremely important issue in oral clinical medicine. Bone repair, remodeling and morphogenesis are physiological processes that include the synthesis of bone matrix by osteoblasts and the synergistic uptake of bone by osteoclasts. Osteoclasts and osteoblasts are the key bioactive cells for the formation and absorption of bone tissue. They are also the contradictory and opposite unity in the regeneration and repair of bone tissue. In the past decade, considerable progress has been made in the field of molecular biology of osteoclast and bone resorption mechanisms. This article focuses on the bone resorption mechanism and the progress of osteoclast molecular biology.
