随着互联网时代的到来,电商正在迅速崛起,不断抢占传统零售业的市场份额,传统零售业和电商的博弈之战已经来开序幕。对于传统零售业而言,寻找合适的发展战略迫在眉睫。本文通过阐述传统零售业未来发展的趋势,提出O+O全渠道战略,并分析O+O全渠道战略对传统零售业的价值,从而提炼出对我国传统零售业可持续发展具有参考意义的启示。
With the advent of the Internet era, the electricity supplier is rapidly emerging and continues to seize the market share of the traditional retail industry. The battle between the traditional retailing industry and the electricity supplier has begun. For the traditional retail industry, the search for a suitable development strategy is imminent. This paper elaborates the trend of the traditional retail industry’s future development, puts forward the O + O omni-channel strategy and analyzes the value of the O + O omni-channel strategy to the traditional retail industry so as to extract the enlightenment for the sustainable development of China’s traditional retail industry .
