农村环境问题的日益突出,阻碍了农村经济和农业的发展,严重侵害了农民的环境权益。如何加强对农民环境权利的保护,是一个极为重要的问题。本文通过对农民环境权及其保护所存在的问题的分析,从法律角度对农民环境权的保护提出一些建议,切实保障农民的环境权益,以实现环境资源分配的公平和正义。
The increasing prominence of rural environmental problems has hindered the development of rural economy and agriculture and seriously infringed the peasants’ environmental rights and interests. How to strengthen the protection of farmers’ environmental rights is an extremely important issue. Based on the analysis of peasants’ environmental rights and the problems existing in their protection, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection of peasants’ environmental rights from the perspective of law, and earnestly protects the peasants’ environmental rights and interests in order to realize the fairness and justice of the distribution of environmental resources.
