利用差示扫描量热法对汽车用AA6016铝合金板材中析出相的析出行为和激活能进行分析和计算。结果表明,在10℃/min加热速率条件下,自然时效态和预时效处理后状态强化相β″相析出温度约为265℃和250℃,析出激活能分别为(178.21±4.24)和(131.87±2.91)k J/mol。对于预时效处理后的合金施加不同程度的变形,发现当预应变量为2%时,β″相析出温度为240℃左右,进一步增大变形至5%,强化相析出温度约为230℃。经计算,预应变量为0、2%和5%合金β″相析出激活能分别为(131.87±2.91),(134.81±3.45)和(128.47±3.67)k J/mol,三者相差不大。
The precipitation behavior and activation energy of precipitated phase in AA6016 aluminum alloy sheet for automobile were analyzed and calculated by differential scanning calorimetry.
