1病例介绍患儿,女,10岁,因“左上肢进行性活动障碍36 d”入院。患儿36 d前左上臂三角肌外侧肌肉注射甲流疫苗(上海生物制品研究所,规格15μg/0.5 mL,批号:200909011)0.5 mL后约30 min,自觉接种肢乏力,接种部位微红,无发热、出血及溃烂。2 d后感左上肢疼痛,一般情况好。于当地镇卫生院左肩关节摄片未见异常,未治疗。以上症状日渐加重,渐出现左上肢活动受限、胀痛不适、抬臂困难、活动不灵,既往体健,有“青霉素”过
