了解二尖瓣狭窄患者瓣膜有无严重钙化及活动障碍是确定瓣膜置换或交界分离手术的重要前题。据报导超声心动图能正确地判断瓣膜钙化,但对其判断钙化程度的可靠性尚不十分了解。本文即研究M型超声心动图对估计“二狭”瓣膜钙化及其程度的敏感性、特异性和预测准确性。研究对象:单纯“二狭”或以“二狭”为主的患者87例。其中男性23例,女性64例。年龄:16~72岁。诊断均经左、右心导管检查证实。术前X-线检查对瓣膜钙化程度划分为重度、轻度与无钙化。超声心动图对瓣膜钙化程度按以往标准划分:重度:瓣膜回声增厚、浓
To understand mitral valve stenosis in patients with severe calcification and movement disorders is to determine valve replacement or borderline separation surgery an important prerequisite. It has been reported that echocardiography can correctly determine valvular calcification, but its reliability in determining the degree of calcification is not well understood. This article is to study the sensitivity, specificity and prediction accuracy of M-mode echocardiography in estimating the degree of “two narrow” valve calcification.
