工程中采用冲压开孔的方法在结构上产生开孔时可在孔边形成一定高度的翻边。考虑两种不同的翻边开孔形状:圆孔和类似跑道形状的孔,利用ANSYS软件数值分析不同开孔尺寸、开孔数量及翻边高度参数对两端固支薄壁方管前两阶固有频率的影响。研究发现不同的翻边开孔参数对薄壁方管的固有频率影响较大,研究结果可为薄壁结构翻边开孔设计提供一定参考。
In the project, the method of using punched hole may form a flange at a certain height when the hole is formed in the structure.
