目的:以决明子总蒽醌含量为主要考察指标,优选微波提取决明子总蒽醌的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计对微波提取决明子总蒽醌的工艺进行研究,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总蒽醌含量。结果:在90%乙醇溶液,决明子粉碎过40目筛,液固比1∶20(g/mL),微波中高火,回流提取10 min,决明子中蒽醌提取率可达77.31%。结论:实验为微波提取决明子总蒽醌工艺条件提供了参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the total anthraquinone content of cassia seed as the main index, and optimize the extraction conditions of total anthraquinone from cassia seed by microwave. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to study the extraction of total anthraquinones from cassia seed by microwave. Total anthraquinone content was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Results: The extraction rate of anthraquinone in cassia seed was as high as 77.31% in 90% ethanol solution, 40 mesh sieve of cassia seed, 1: 20 (g / mL) Conclusion: The experiment provides a reference for microwave extraction of total anthraquinones from Cassia.
