京珠高速公路靠椅山隧道北京端,在较大范围内为浅埋软弱围岩。在施工过程中出现较大的涌水、涌泥,造成拱顶、上部地表下沉,山体开裂,导致已做好的12m拱部初期支护变形、开裂、下沉,使施工在一定程度受阻。针对这种情况,采取超前注浆以稳定掌子面及堵截地下水,采取洞内周壁注浆以加固围岩,采取双侧壁导坑开挖以减少洞室周边变形及为施作支护提供充足时间,并对初期支护与二次衬砌进行加强,通过这一系列措施,避免了隧道大塌方,为后续隧道施工提供了宝贵的经验。
