目的研究骨科脊柱手术过程中空气细菌含量动态变化。方法采用沉降法监测脊柱手术过程中空气细菌含量,即在手术前、切皮时、缝合时、手术结束时的细菌含量。结果脊柱手术过程中细菌含量具有两个明显的峰值,分别是手术开始时和手术结束后。结论医院手术室在手术过程中空气细菌总数的变化出现了两个明显的高峰,人员的活动是影响手术室手术过程中空气细菌总数变化的主要因素。
Objective To study the dynamic changes of airborne bacteria in orthopedic spine surgery. Methods The sedimentation method was used to monitor the bacterial content of air during spinal surgery, that is, the bacterial content at the time of surgery, incision, suture, and the end of surgery. Results The bacterial content during spine surgery had two distinct peaks, at the beginning of surgery and after surgery. Conclusion There are two obvious peaks in the total number of airborne bacteria in the operating room of the hospital during the operation. The activity of the staff is the main factor that affects the total number of airborne bacteria in the operation room of the operating room.
