采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取白千层叶片、果实中的挥发油,得率分别为1.446%、0.277%。通过GC-MS分析,从白千层叶片、果实中各检测出31、28种成分,分别占二者挥发油总量的95.442%、92.460%。白千层叶片与果实挥发油中共有成分为8种,叶片挥发油中的主要成分为桉树脑(48.372%)、凤蝶醇(13.641%)、α-松油醇(10.004%)、蒎烯(6.411%),而果实挥发油的主要成分为水菖蒲烯(35.475%)、蒎烯(14.828%)、凤蝶醇(11.174%)、桉树脑(7.541%)和D-柠檬烯(6.301%)。采用滤纸片扩散法测定白千层叶片、果实挥发油对桉树青枯病菌等7种供试细菌的抑制活性,表明白千层叶片和果实挥发油对供试细菌均有一定的抑制作用,其中叶片挥发油对桉树青枯病菌表现出较好的抑制活性。
The volatile oil extracted from leaves and fruits of Melaleuca alterniflora by steam distillation was 1.446% and 0.277%, respectively. By GC-MS analysis, from the leaves of Melaleuca, each fruit detected 31,28 kinds of components, respectively, the total amount of the two volatile oil 95.442%, 92.460%. The main constituents of leaf volatile oil were eucalyptus brain (48.372%), epididymalin (13.641%), α-terpineol (10.004%), pinene The main constituents of volatile oil in fruit are acropimagine (35.475%), pinene (14.828%), porpirol (11.174%), eucalyptol (7.541%) and D-limonene (6.301%). The inhibitory activity of Melaleuca alterniflora leaves and fruit volatile oil on seven tested bacteria such as Eucalyptus wilt were determined by the filter paper diffusion method. The results showed that the essential oil of Melaleuca alterniflora and fruit volatile oil had some inhibitory effects on the tested bacteria, of which the volatile oil Eucalyptus bacterial wilt showed better inhibitory activity.
