报道了一种含硫量较低的硫酸葡聚糖（ＤＳ）的合成方法，并详细地研究了ＤＳ不同含硫量与过敏反应的关系，初步找到了一个可供人体静脉注射用的ＤＳ含硫量的范围。ＤＳ的分子量在１０ｋＤａ以下，这个范围分别为１０．６％－１１．８％（以分子量为５ｋＤａ的进口葡聚糖为原料）和１２．０％－１３．０％（以分子量为４ｋＤａ的国产葡聚糖为原料）。初步探讨了影响小鼠外周血白细胞变化和豚鼠过敏反应的某些因素，为ＤＳ作为造血干细胞动员剂用于临床展现了良好的前景．
