当推土机作业时,发生推土无力故障时,可按框图1进行拆检。 1 万向节发生故障 万向节正常情况是在车辆启动后,稍稍加大油门,万向节转速很快升至1200r/min以上。如果转速上升很慢或根本不上升,则说明有故障;另外,如果空档运转正常,挂档后转速剧降以至停转。这时可判断故障在发动机或液力变矩器部位。此时若溢流阀压力正常(0.8MPa左右),则说明故障产生在发动机处;不正常说明故障产生在液力变矩器处。
