本文主要介绍小鼠卵巢摘除后的NK活性。干扰素产生能力,以及对移植肿瘤细胞固着和增殖的影响。著者取雌性5~6周的C3/He(自发乳癌小鼠)小白鼠,在乙醚麻醉下行卵巢摘除术为卵巢摘除组,并以单纯开腹为对照组。一周后给两组小白鼠背部皮下接种MM-48肿瘤细胞(C_3/He 自发乳癌腹水化细胞)5×10~6、1×10~8、5×10~5、1×10~55×10~4、1×10~4。于肿瘤移植40天后观察瘤细胞的固着率和生存率,同时进行NK活
This article mainly introduces the NK activity after mouse ovariectomy. Interferon production capacity, as well as effects on fixation and proliferation of transplanted tumor cells. The authors took female C5/He (spontaneous breast cancer mice) mice for 5 to 6 weeks. Under ether anesthesia, ovarian ovariectomy was performed in the ovariectomized group, and a simple laparotomy was used as a control group. One week later, two groups of mice were inoculated subcutaneously with MM-48 tumor cells (C_3/He spontaneous breast cancer ascites) 5×10~6, 1×10~8, 5×10~5, 1×10~55×10. ~4, 1×10~4. After 40 days of tumor transplantation, the fixation rate and survival rate of tumor cells were observed and NK activity was performed at the same time.
