目的对彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺癌早期诊断中的应用进行研究。方法对56例已行术前彩超检查且获得术后病理学确诊甲状腺癌患者超声二维声像图、彩色血流分布、多普勒频谱形态等特点进行比较和统计学分析。对在甲状腺癌早期诊断中的彩超应用价值进行分析。结果 56例甲状腺癌结节形态均不规则,37例内伴有沙砾样钙化且结节边界不清。结节内部及周边可见血流信号的共有51例,5例结节内未见明显血流信号。结论高频彩超能够在早期相对准确地发现甲状腺癌病灶。能够从部位、大小、数目、形态等方面对甲状腺癌进行准确的评估,使得甲状腺癌能够获得早期诊断,便于患者尽早获得治疗。
Objective To study the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the early diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods Fifty-six patients underwent preoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination and obtained the postoperative pathological diagnosis of thyroid cancer patients with two-dimensional ultrasound images, color flow distribution, Doppler spectral features and other characteristics were compared and statistically analyzed. In the early diagnosis of thyroid cancer in the application of color Doppler ultrasound analysis. Results 56 cases of thyroid cancer nodules were irregular in shape, accompanied by gravel-like calcification in 37 cases and unclear border of nodules. A total of 51 cases of blood flow signals were seen inside and around the nodules, and no significant blood flow signals were seen in 5 cases of nodules. Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound can be relatively accurate in the early detection of thyroid cancer lesions. Thyroid cancer can be accurately evaluated in terms of location, size, number, shape, etc., so that thyroid cancer can be diagnosed early and the patient can get the treatment as soon as possible.
