以基本相图为依据,探索了碳素钢包晶点C含量(CJ值)的作图求法及计算方法。分析了钢中Si,Mn含量对CJ值的影响。生产数据证实,钢中C与CJ值越接近,越容易导致连铸圆管坯热裂纹的形成。找出了避免[C]与CJ值接近的途径。
Based on the basic phase diagram, the mapping method and calculation method of C content (CJ value) of carbon steel were explored. The effect of Si and Mn content in steel on CJ value was analyzed. Production data confirmed that the closer the C and CJ values in steel, the more likely to lead to the formation of hot cracks in the continuous casting round tube billet. Find ways to avoid [C] approaching CJ values.
