[目的 ]探讨细胞凋亡与Fas抗原在乳腺癌发生中的作用 .[方法 ]应用免疫组织化学和DNA末端标记技术 ,原位观察了 2 9例乳腺癌 ,19例乳腺不典型增生中细胞凋亡与Fas抗原的表达 .[结果 ]乳腺不典型增生中细胞凋亡指数显著高于乳腺癌和正常组织 ;乳腺癌中细胞凋亡指数高于正常组织 .Fas抗原在乳腺癌、乳腺不典型增生中的阳性率分别为 4 1% ,53% .Fas抗原阳性组细胞凋亡指数高于阴性组 .[结论 ]细胞凋亡与Fas抗原表达异常在乳腺癌发生中起重要的作用 ,而且Fas抗原参与并引起细胞凋亡 .
[Objective] To investigate the role of apoptosis and Fas antigen in the development of breast cancer. [Methods] In situ observation of 29 cases of breast cancer and 19 cases of breast atypical hyperplasia with immunohistochemistry and DNA end-labeling techniques Expression of Fas antigen and death. [Results] The apoptotic index of breast atypical hyperplasia was significantly higher than that of breast cancer and normal tissues; the apoptosis index in breast cancer was higher than that in normal tissues. [Conclusion] Apoptosis and abnormal expression of Fas antigen play an important role in the development of breast cancer, and the Fas antigen Involve and cause apoptosis.
