春天到了,万物复苏,是野菜盛产季节,荒山野岭,田园路旁,江河湖边,都有野菜茁壮生长。下面介绍全国和上海常见的一种野菜,以飨本刊读者。 荠菜,别名不少,有地菜、香芹、田儿菜、菱角菜、护生草、野菜,俗称“百岁羹”。又因每年“清明节”前后,在春回大地之时,田野上长出鲜嫩的荠菜,被人们称为“报春菜”、“清明草”。
