从项目系统和安全的视角出发,通过归纳系统及脆弱性的普遍阐释,提出了建设项目精益施工系统脆弱性的概念。结合项目管理的特点,分析了精益施工系统脆弱性的存在维度,并初步提出了其脆弱性评估的函数模型。针对精益施工系统脆弱性的提升空间,采用关键链技术和敏捷管理技术对精益施工系统进行优化设计,并提出改进框架。精益施工系统优化过程表明:实现精益施工系统脆弱刚性与灵活柔性的平衡,是确保安全与效益统一的基础。
From the perspective of project system and safety, the concept of vulnerability of construction project lean construction system is put forward through the general explanation of induction system and vulnerability. Combined with the characteristics of project management, this paper analyzes the existential dimension of the vulnerability of lean construction system and proposes a preliminary functional model of its vulnerability assessment. According to the improvement space of the lean construction system’s vulnerability, the key chain technology and agile management technology are used to optimize the lean construction system design and propose an improved framework. The lean construction system optimization process shows that realizing the balance between the fragile rigidity and flexibility of the lean construction system is the basis for ensuring the unity of safety and benefit.
