目的:研究探讨复方金沙利胆颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:根据处方中药所含主要成分的性质,通过正交试验对提取条件进行了筛选优化。以芍药苷含量和浸膏得率作为考察评价指标,选择加水量,煎煮时间,煎煮次数作为考察的三个影响因素进行优选。每因素设置3个水平,以L_9(3~4)正交表进行正交试验。结果:通过正交试验确定了复方金沙利胆颗粒的最佳工艺为加12倍水(第一次提取加14倍水,浸泡30 min),提取2次,每次煎煮1 h。结论:该工艺提取率高,稳定性好,操作简单,浸膏得率较高,质量可控,值得推广应用。
Objective: To study and explore the optimal extraction process of Compound Jinsha Li Dan granules. Methods: According to the properties of the main components contained in prescription Chinese medicine, the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. Paeoniflorin content and extract yield as the evaluation index, select the amount of water, boiling time, boiling times as the study of the three influencing factors are preferred. Three levels were set for each factor, and orthogonal experiments were performed with L_9 (3-4) orthogonal tables. Results: The optimal process of compound jinsha li gall granules was determined by orthogonal test. Twelve times more water (first extraction plus 14 times water, soaking for 30 min) was extracted twice and extracted for 1 h each time. Conclusion: The extraction rate of the process is high, good stability, simple operation, high extraction rate, quality control, it is worth to promote the application.
