党的纪律是党的各级组织和全体党员必须遵守的行为规则,是维护党的团结统一、完成党的任务的保证。党的十九大报告中提出全面推进党的政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、纪律建设,把制度建设贯穿其中,创建了党的建设的新格局,标志着我们党对坚持党要管党、全面从严治党规律的认识达到新高度、实现新突破。
