以某型掘进机二级行星结构截割减速器为研究对象,通过模态试验及ANSYS有限元分析,测定了壳体的前5阶模态固有频率及振型。模态试验采用单点激励多点响应的方法,有限元分析采用带预应力的模态振型叠加法。研究结果表明,模型的精确性、约束条件设置与试验条件的吻合程度,对求解结果的正确性影响很大;研究得出模态频率接近,误差小于10%,且模态振型形态相似;各阶固有频率均避开了啮合频率及齿轮转动频率,不会引起壳体共振。研究结论对齿轮传动系统动力学分析具有参考价值。
Taking the cutting speed reducer of a two-stage planetary structure of a boring machine as the research object, the first five modes natural frequencies and mode shapes of the shell were measured by modal test and ANSYS finite element analysis. The modal test adopts the method of single-point excitation and multi-point response, and the finite element analysis adopts the modal superposition method with prestress. The results show that the precision of the model and the consistency of the constraint conditions with the experimental conditions have a great influence on the accuracy of the solution. The results show that the modal frequencies are close to the error of less than 10% and the mode shapes of the modes are similar. Each of the natural frequencies are avoided by the meshing frequency and gear rotation frequency, will not cause the shell resonance. The conclusion of the research has reference value to the dynamic analysis of gear transmission system.
