对于职业教育而言,大多数高职院校都把学生的就业率和专业对口率作为课程改革与教学实践的主导方向,培养目标往往与企业需求紧密相扣,这是符合我国当前经济环境下职业教育发展方向的。然而,尽管很多老师热衷于在课堂上引入企业真实项目并以任务导向的方式设计课堂,但由于院校管理方式和企业管理方式之间的差别,使得很多项目制的课程无法达到预期的效果,贯彻也不彻底。为了让职业院校学生在就业时很快达到与用人单位的契合度,并扎实地掌握职业技术,一个真正严谨的、与企业同步的项目管理模式对于课程改革来说是非常必要的。
