目的:研究艾纳香油对硫酸沙丁胺醇透皮吸收的影响,为艾纳香油的应用提供理论依据。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池装置,以豚鼠背部皮肤为体外渗透屏障,采用紫外分光光度计方法测定接收液中硫酸沙丁胺醇的含量,考察0.5%,1%,2%艾纳香油,1%氮酮,以及1%艾纳香油与1%氮酮联合运用对硫酸沙丁胺醇透皮吸收的影响。结果:0.5%,1.0%艾纳香油和1.0%氮酮单独应用时对硫酸沙丁胺醇透皮吸收和贮库效应均具有显著促进作用(P<0.05)。但1.0%艾纳香油与1.0%氮酮合用时其促透效果较单独使用时降低,2.0%艾纳香油对硫酸沙丁胺醇透皮吸收无显著的促进作用。结论:低浓度的艾纳香油随着浓度升高对硫酸沙丁胺醇透皮吸收有增强作用,但高浓度艾纳香油对硫酸沙丁胺醇透皮吸收无显著促进作用。
Objective: To study the effect of ANA scented oil on transdermal absorption of salbutamol sulfate, and provide a theoretical basis for its application. Methods: The skin of guinea pigs was used as the infiltration barrier in vitro by modified Franz diffusion cell device. The content of salbutamol sulfate in the receiving solution was determined by UV spectrophotometer. The effects of 0.5%, 1%, 2% , And 1% Anemone oil combined with 1% Azone on percutaneous absorption of salbutamol sulfate. Results: Transdermal absorbtion and storage effect of salbutamol sulfate were significantly promoted when 0.5%, 1.0% aina oil and 1.0% azone alone were applied (P <0.05). However, the combination of 1.0% Anemone oil and 1.0% Azone reduced the permeation rate, but 2.0% Anemone oil had no significant effect on the percutaneous absorption of salbutamol sulfate. CONCLUSION: Transdermal absorbtion of salbutamol sulfate is enhanced with the increase of concentration of Anemone oil at low concentration. However, the high concentration of Anemone oil has no significant effect on the transdermal absorption of salbutamol sulfate.
