对很多人来讲,早晨起床时总是要在两个“时钟”之间挣扎、煎熬一番。一个是吵了一遍又一遍、甚至可以当催眠曲听的闹钟,另外一个,则是听不见、摸不着,却能感觉到的“生物钟”。相信不少人看过机械钟表内部复杂的计时系统,数不清的细小零件精确地重复运动产生动力,秒针推动分针,分针再推动时针,一级一级向前,周而复始。相比之下,生物钟更为复杂。它由一系列基因和转录因子来调控与平衡一系列的生理系统的节奏。
For many people, getting up in the morning always struggles and torment between two clocks. One is noisy over and over again, even the alarm clock when the lullaby is listening, the other one is not heard, touch, but can feel “biological clock ”. I believe many people have seen the complicated clock system inside the mechanical timepiece, countless small parts accurately repeat the motive force, the second hand to promote the minute hand, the minute hand and then push the hour hand, a level one forward and one after another. In contrast, the biological clock is more complicated. It consists of a series of genes and transcription factors to regulate and balance the rhythms of a range of physiological systems.
