黔东南稻田养鱼面积广泛,农药吡虫·噻嗪酮在稻田使用对鲤的毒性大小,至今尚未见报道.对吡虫·噻嗪酮对鲤的急性毒性进行研究,以期为今后吡虫·噻嗪酮在稻田中的使用提供参考数据.采用常温半静态停食实验法,进行吡虫·噻嗪酮对鲤的急性毒性实验,结果表明,在常温(24.5±0.5)℃下,吡虫·噻嗪酮对鲤的24,48,72,96 h半致死浓度LC_(50)分别为63.506,51.556,39.805,24.298 mg/L,安全浓度为2.429 8 mg/L.根据所得安全浓度可知,吡虫·噻嗪酮对鲤的急性毒性为高毒,建议在稻田中的使用量控制在2.429 8 mg/L以内.
