目的 :研究螺旋CT血管造影及三维重建对颅内动脉瘤的临床应用价值。方法 :采用西门子Plus4Power型螺旋CT机对 2 0例颅内动脉瘤行螺旋CT血管造影及三维重建 ,将其结果与磁共振血管造影(MRA)、数字减影血管造影 (DSA)影像片及开颅夹闭动脉瘤手术中所见进行比较。结果 :螺旋CT血管造影及三维重建可以清晰显示脑动脉瘤、载瘤动脉、动脉瘤的形状和大小及其与周围解剖结构的关系 ,并与手术所见相吻合。结论 :螺旋CT血管造影及三维重建是可靠的无创伤性血管成像术 ,可弥补常规CT和MRA的不足。经手术实践证实 ,可依据其制定动脉瘤手术方案 ,在某种程度上可以取代DSA检查
Objective: To study the clinical value of spiral CT angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction in intracranial aneurysms. Methods: Twenty patients with intracranial aneurysms were treated with spiral CT angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction with Siemens Plus4Power Spiral CT. The results were compared with magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), digital subtraction angiography (DSA) Craniotomy aneurysm surgery seen in the comparison. Results: Spiral CT angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction can clearly show the shape and size of cerebral aneurysm, tumor-bearing artery and aneurysm and their relationship with the surrounding anatomy, which is consistent with the surgical findings. Conclusion: Spiral CT angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction are reliable non-invasive angiography, which can make up for the lack of conventional CT and MRA. The surgical practice confirmed that based on its development of aneurysm surgery program, to some extent, can replace the DSA check
